Your Birth.

Confident, Empowered, & Supported.

Durham & Chapel Hill, NC area birth doulas committed to supporting your pregnancy, labor, birth, and transition to postpartum life.

Our approach.

Supporting locations across Durham, Chapel Hill, & Raleigh, NC, our passion as birth doulas is to support your pregnancy & birth through information, advocacy, encouragement, and hands-on labor support.

We’ve come together after meeting as volunteer doulas to bring our interest and love for birth to the Triangle and surrounding North Carolina communities. As a small collective, we work with clients both individually and as part of doula teams, along with providing on-call backup support for each other to ensure you have support no matter what.

During pregnancy, you’ll meet with your birth doula to get to know each other, discuss birth plans, ask questions, and review comfort measures. Once labor begins, your doula will stay with you throughout labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. We want you and any loved one joining you to feel confident, empowered, and supported, no matter how you envision or experience your birth.

All of our collective members are happy to provide support to locations across the Triangle and surrounding areas, including hospitals, birth centers, and at home with a medical provider present. We love supporting locations across North Carolina, but specifically within a Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Saxapahaw, Morrisville, Cary, Raleigh, and our other surrounding communities.

We look forward to meeting you as you prepare to meet your newest addition!
