Join Birth Doula, Elyse Barrick from the Dogwood Doula Collective, and Postpartum Doula, Andrea Fowler from Gift of Love Postpartum Care, for a weekly support group focused on prenatal and postpartum topics for families who are planning their fertility journey, on their journey, or are currently pregnant.

This 10 week session will create community among parents who are preparing for the joys alongside the exhaustion of birth and parenting a newborn, to offer evidence-based information to inform your birth and parenting decisions, to provide practical and emotional support to parents and to instill in parents a feeling of calm and confidence when making choices for their families. Attendance at each session is not required, but recommended to help build community.
